Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality part as quickly as possible.
Most part shipments arrive in 2-5 business days depending on the chosen delivery method. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday (except US holidays) are processed that same day and orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day. If you need an item faster, contact us for more information..
PartsHaven.com will ship partial orders in order to provide you with the items you need as soon as possible.
We ship to all U.S. states, but not to U.S. territories and will ship orders to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. APO packages may require extended delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email for your package once it has shipped out. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including pick-up time, when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.
